The Forum held under the auspices of Ukrainian Association of Women in Law Enforcement (UAWLE) and the Ministry of Interior aims at:
- - creating a platform for exchange of ideas and experiences, dissemination of information about success stories of women in law enforcement system, personal and professional development programmes, leadership, training, and other useful information;
- - engaging men who support women’s professional development in law enforcement;
- - establishing and maintaining partnerships with organizations and institutions working in the field of gender equality, law enforcement system, security and defence sector both in Ukraine and internationally;
- - informing the public about UAWLE’s activities and inviting new members.
