Series of eight one-day regional training seminars for public servants and civic activists on involving civil society organisations in provision of social services

The seminars will familiarize the employees of regional departments of social policy and civic activists with international and national legislation and mechanisms of engaging CSOs to deliver state-funded social services, as well as provide with practical skills for organizing social procurement with the participation of non-state actors. The schedule of events will be as follows:

The following topics will be addressed during this event:
- trends in delegating state responsibilities to CSOs as social service provides: international practices and national perspective;
- effective engagement of CSOs needs assessment and service delivery;
- how to conduct a successful social procurement procedure;
- conflict of interest, accounting, reporting, monitoring and evaluation.
