General information
If you are interested in participating in a specific procurement opportunity, please contact the relevant person by either e-mail or fax as shown in the procurement notice in order to receive the complete bidding documents. The OSCE does not charge a fee for receiving the bidding documents, which are issued free of charge.
Please note that the content of the OSCE's bidding documents may be amended from time to time, prior to the deadline for submission of bids. Any such amendment will be posted on this website and will be legally binding on all bidders. Hence, if you intend to submit a bid for a specific procurement opportunity, you are kindly advised to regularly check this website for any amendments or clarification notes issued to the bidding documents.
Bidders are advised that the OSCE does not use procurement agents, so any approach by a third party claiming to be official agents to the OSCE is fraudulent and should be reported to the relevant OSCE procurement staff immediately.
Important legal notice
The OSCE reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul, in whole or in part, or to suspend the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders or any obligation to inform the affected bidder or bidders of the reasons for the OSCE's action.
OSCE General Conditions of Contract
The OSCE General Conditions of Contract apply for any purchase order/contract between the OSCE and the supplier/contractor, unless such purchase order is a subsidiary contract document.
