1392nd Plenary Meeting of the Permanent Council
The Russian Federation’s ongoing aggression against Ukraine, including illegal attempts to legalize the occupation of the eastern Ukraine. The Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1444 on the dates and agenda of the 2022 Economic and Environmental Dimension Implementation Meeting. Disregard by the Western alliance of OSCE participating States and its proxies in Ukraine for the right of peoples to self-determination, and ongoing crimes by the Kiev regime against the civilian population.
