Key documents of the Transnational Threats Department

The Transnational Threats Department became operational at the beginning of 2012, following the adoption of a Ministerial Council Decision in 2011 on Strengthening Co-ordination and Coherence in the OSCE’s Efforts to Address Transnational Threats. At the Dublin Ministerial Council in December 2012, the participating States further strengthened the Organization’s efforts in this field, adopting a Ministerial Council Decision on the OSCE's efforts to address transnational threats.
