Prior to taking up the agenda, the Chairperson, on behalf of the Council, expressed condolences to France in connection with the recent shootings in Toulouse. France thanked the Council for the expression of condolences. Address by the Co-Chairmen of the Minsk Group. Presentations by the Chairperson of the Security Committee; the Chairperson of the Economic and Environmental Committee; and the Chairperson of the Human Dimension Committee. Permanent Council Decision No. 1033 on the establishment of the OSCE Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Upgrade Fund. Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1034 on the topic and dates of the Human Dimension Seminar in Warsaw. Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1035 on the dates of the Human Dimension Implementation Meeting. Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1036 on the topics for the second part of the Human Dimension Implementation Meeting (Russian Federation, also on behalf of Belarus and Kazakhstan, Annex 1; Chairperson, Annex 2). International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, observed on 21 March 2012. Executions of Mr. D. Kanavalaw and Mr. U. Kavalyow, and the human rights situation in Belarus. Prior to taking up the agenda, the Chairperson, on behalf of the Council, expressed condolences to Belgium in connection with the recent bus crash in Switzerland. He also expressed condolences to Poland in connection with the recent train crash in Poland. The Council then held a moment of silence. Belgium thanked the Chairperson for the expression of condolences. Address by the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, H.E. Nasser Judeh. Meeting in the 5+2 negotiation format on the settlement of the Transdniestrian conflict, held in Dublin on 28 and 29 February 2012. Dismantling of a World War II memorial monument in Batumi, Georgia.
