  • 1034th Special Plenary Meeting of the Permanent Council
    Prior to taking up the agenda, the Chairperson, on behalf of the Permanent Council, welcomed the new Permanent Representative of Poland to the OSCE, Ambassador Adam Bugajski. The Permanent Council adopted the Declaration of the 1034th (Special) Permanent Council Meeting (PC.DOC/2/15).
