About

The purpose of this Conference was to enhance understanding of multilateral security co-operation in the OSCE region, as well as to focus on perspectives for information and experience sharing in co-operation between the OSCE and Asia, notably in the fields of CBMs and CSBMsCSBMs
Confidence- and security-building measures within the framework of co-operative and comprehensive security.

The work of the Conference was conducted in three sessions:

  • "OSCE Confidence- and Security-Building Measures (CSBMs)" (Session 1),
  • "Regional CSBMs" (Session 2), and
  • "CSBMs in Northeast Asia" (Session 3).
