Security for all: OSCE Partners for Co-operation

Every year one Mediterranean and one Asian partner State host an OSCE conference. This year, such an event will be held in mid-June in Tokyo. Ian Mitchell, the Head of the External Co-operation Section of the OSCE tells us more about the conference.
