About
The 23rd Autumn Meeting of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly will take place from 17 to 19 November in Istanbul, Türkiye, at the Hilton İstanbul Bomonti. High-level speakers will open the meeting on 17 November. Parliamentarians from North America, Europe, and Central Asia will debate under the theme “The OSCE at 50: Revitalizing Multilateralism through Dialogue and Co-operation.”
The Parliamentary Conference will include addresses by Turkish officials, academics, and international representatives. Sessions will focus on dialogue amid uncertainty, rule-based trade, and human dignity. On 19 November, the Mediterranean Forum will address the situation in the Middle East.
