Interaction between interregional centers for the free secondary legal aid provision and free legal aid system’s paralegals-volunteers

The methodological recommendations were developed to ensure effective interaction between interregional centers for the free legal aid provision with paralegals-volunteers within the framework of the implementation of the volunteer program "FLA Volunteer" of the free legal aid provision system (hereinafter referred to as FLA). The methodological recommendations define the organizational and methodological principles of interaction between interregional centers and volunteer paralegals, as well as the criteria for the effectiveness of such interaction.
In these methodological recommen-dations, a paralegal-volunteer of the FLA system is an individual who has undergone general training in legal issues in the FLA system and, on a voluntary basis, provides free of charge socially useful services for the initial screening of citizens' legal problems and their referral to specialists of the FLA system or other relevant services.
The guidelines are designed for use by volunteer paralegals, lawyers of the FLA system, and other interested parties. Available in Ukrainian language.
