This expert workshop is organized by the Office of the Co-ordinator of OSCE Economic and Environmental Activities in co-operation with the Belarussian authorities and the OSCE Office in Minsk.
The event, which is a follow-up to the Bratislava conference on energy security on 6-7 July 2009, aims to address ways and means of managing the security of energy infrastructure on a regional basis.
It will gather together representatives from the OSCE participating States in Eastern Europe, experts from energy companies and representatives from international organizations, such as the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), the International Energy Agency (IEA) and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
