About

The Ganja LRC was established in March 2009 and is currently operated by Transparency-Azerbaijan, an Azerbaijani non-governmental organization.

The main purpose of the Centre is to deliver free legal advice to the local population in the North-Western region of the country (including Ganja, Yevlakh, Goy-Gol, Goranboy, Gedebey and Dashkesan) and to support a range of specialized training activities for legal professionals in that region. The Centre also serves as a legal resource facility, including a legal library and computer/internet facilities.

The Ganja LRC is one of three such Centres supported by the OSCE Office in Baku. The other two are located in Sumgayit and Lenkoran.
