About
A Comprehensive Security Model for Europe for the Twenty-First Century was a central focus of the meeting. Participants also generated a progress report on the integration of economic dimension issues into OSCE activities.
Representatives at the meeting welcomed the elaboration and approval of the OSCE Financial Regulations as a means of adjusting resources to requirements, which had increased significantly.
