About
The country had had observer status in the OSCE since April 1993 and has had a CSCECSCE
Conference on Security and Co-operation in Europe/OSCE Mission on its territory since 1992. The CSCE Spillover Monitor Mission to Skopje started its work with a fact-finding visit in September 1992.
