At the second additional meeting on the situation in Yugoslavia, the Committee of Senior Officials adopted a statement on the ceasefire in Yugoslavia agreed in Belgrade in September, but added that it was greatly disturbed by the continuing loss of life.
The Committee insisted upon strict implementation of and compliance with all the ceasefire's provisions. It also demanded that all political and military authorities in Yugoslavia co-operate fully and without restrictions with the Monitor Mission to Yugoslavia - enlarged to include members of other CSCE participating States - and guarantee the personal safety of the members of the Mission.
