The OSCE Troika in 1995 - the Foreign Ministers of Italy, Hungary and Switzerland - held their second meeting.
Particular attention was given to the role of the OSCE Assistance Group in Chechnya, and, while commending its work towards a peaceful solution, the Troika continued to be concerned about human rights violations in the area.
The Troika also reviewed the situation in Bosnia-Herzegovina and in other parts of the former Yugoslavia, assessing the OSCE's current efforts and discussing OSCE contributions to conflict resolution and to post-conflict rehabilitation.
