SOFIA, 3 September 2004 - The OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Bulgarian Foreign Minister Solomon Passy, welcomed the decision by authorities in Estonia to dismantle a controversial war monument.

He expressed his appreciation for the effective action taken by the Estonian government to ensure the issue was resolved.
