SOFIA, 19 August 2004 - The Bulgarian OSCE Chairmanship welcomes the invitation of the Government of the Republic of Belarus for the OSCE to observe the Parliamentary elections scheduled for October 17.
The Chair considers favourably the observation by the OSCE of the elections.
