Working group from OSCE Parliamentary Assembly to visit Belarus

MINSK, 21 June 2004 - A group of parliamentarians from the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly will visit Minsk from 21 to 23 June.
The delegation, headed by Ms. Uta Zapf of Germany is scheduled to meet Foreign Minister Sergei Martynov, Minister of Information Vladimir Russakevich, Chairperson of the Central Election Committee Lidia Yermoshina, Vice-Speaker of the House of Representatives Vladimir Konopliev, as well as OSCE Ambassadors accredited in Minsk and representatives of civil society and political parties.
A press briefing will be held on Wednesday, 23 June at 11.00 in the Westfalia Restaurant of the International Education Centre (IBB), Prospect Gazety Pravda, 11. Journalists accredited in Belarus are invited to attend.
