The Russian Federation’s ongoing aggression against Ukraine: illegal attempts to legalize the occupation of the eastern Ukraine. Kiev’s regime failure in implementation of the Minsk agreements – a logical implication of the criminal war against people in Donbass with the direct support of the Western alliance of OSCE participating States.
