This paper aims at discussing not only reform efforts that should be considered considered in the upcoming four years, but examining the necessary steps to generate an environment where change and informal channels of dialogue can occur.

Perspectives 20-30: Discussion Papers 2021

These policy papers were produced by the participants of the OSCE Perspectives 20-30 Online Academy.
