Perspectives 20-30: Discussion Papers 2021

These policy papers were produced by the participants of the OSCE Perspectives 20-30 Online Academy. The programme is implemented by the Office of the OSCE Secretary General, partnership with the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, the OSCE Academy in Bishkek, and the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Regional Office for Cooperation and Peace in Europe, with the generous financial support of Andorra, Finland, Ireland, Italy and Liechtenstein.
