EvalNews Edition 2 - Meta-evaluation

This edition of OSCEval News is dedicated to the Meta-Evaluation of Recurrent Findings in OIOOIO
Office of Internal Oversight Evaluations, 2010-2017 (evaluation synthesis). Its purpose was to identify cross-organisational issues (challenges and shortcomings) pinpointed in the reports on 46 OIO evaluations conducted over the period 2010-2017.
