About
Sweden, as the Chair of the Mediterranean Partners for Co-operation Group, will host the Annual Mediterranean Conference on 3 November 2020 in Vienna.
During 2020, Sweden as the Chair promoted political dialogue with the Mediterranean Partners for Co-operation on a range of crucial topics with a view to intensifying the exchange of best practices and identifying areas for long-term co-operation. Topics included: information technology and the fight against human trafficking; women, peace, and security; youth engagement and participation to counter violent extremism and radicalization that lead to terrorism.
