About
This conference aims to provide a platform for representatives of public, private and non-governmental sectors from across the OSCE region to engage in a comprehensive dialogue on cyber/ICT security at the global, regional and national levels.
The interactive discussions will cover multilateral cyber diplomacy, global advancements through regional efforts, inclusion as a driver of regional cyber security, the impact of Artificial Intelligence on cyber/ICT security, and the role of Confidence-Building Measures (CBMs) in protecting critical infrastructures.
Opening remarks and keynote presentations will be delivered by:

Based on UN General Assembly resolution A/RES/73/266, regional consultations between the OSCE participating States and the newly established Group of Governmental Experts on the Development of Information and Communication Technologies in the context of International Peace and Security (UNGGE) also will be held alongside the conference.
