The Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1323 on the extension of the mandate of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (Chairperson, Annex; Romania-European Union, interpretative statement 1; Russian Federation, interpretative statement 2; Ukraine, interpretative statement 3; Canada, interpretative statement 4; France, interpretative statement 5; United States of America, interpretative statement 6).
The Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1322 on the establishment of the OSCE IT Infrastructure Upgrade Fund (United States of America, interpretative statement). Russia’s ongoing aggression against Ukraine and illegal occupation of Crimea. Situation in Ukraine and the need to implement the Minsk agreements. Sentencing of Mr. O. Titiev.
