The seminars will familiarize the employees of regional departments of social policy and civic activists with international and national legislation and mechanisms of engaging CSOs to deliver state-funded social services, as well as provide with practical skills for organizing social procurement with the participation of non-state actors. The schedule of events will be as follows:

The following topics will be addressed during this event:

  • trends in delegating state responsibilities to CSOs as social service provides: international practices and national perspective;
  • effective engagement of CSOs needs assessment and service delivery;
  • how to conduct a successful social procurement procedure;
  • conflict of interest, accounting, reporting, monitoring and evaluation.
