This series of four three-day trainings for newly appointed administrative court judges from all around Ukraine will introduce to participants legal opinion writing techniques, including such issues as motivation and reasoning, the criteria for and structure of high-quality court decisions, and time management of judicial proceedings. 

The trainings will take place in Kyiv (10-12 June 2013), Lviv (17-19 June 2013), Donetsk (14-16 October 2013) and Kharkiv (28-30 October 2013).

The trainings are being organized as part of a project aimed at enhancing the capacity of Ukraine’s administrative court judges in legal opinion writing. The project is implemented by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine upon the request of the country’s National School of Judges.
