About OSCE Café
The OSCE Café "Democracy Rising" was held in conjunction with the Council of Europe’s World Forum for Democracy 2014 in Strasbourg. OSCE Café is an initiative that brings OSCE officials and stakeholders together with people interested in security issues in an informal, social setting. The event series kicked off in July 2014 in Vienna and is held in different cities throughout the OSCE region.
