Young people bring fresh perspectives and creative solutions to regional challenges, enhance communication and outreach through the adept use of digital tools, and help build future leadership capacity. That is why involving youth is crucial for the OSCE's work to foster innovation, ensure long-term sustainability and promote inclusivity. Young people's participation ensures that policies are representative of all age groups and promotes intergenerational dialogue. Engaging youth also fosters global citizenship, mobilizes advocacy efforts and addresses demographic trends, ultimately contributing to more inclusive, innovative, and sustainable societies across the OSCE region.
