Mobilization of Ukrainian Сitizens in the State of Martial Law: Categories of Citizens Who Cannot Be Mobilized
The lecture in Ukrainian will highlight the categories of citizens who cannot be mobilized and the procedure of crossing the border for those citizens. It is delivered by Tetiana Sholkova, Attorney, PhD, Associate Professor, Head of the Legal Clinic at the National University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.
