Peer-2-Peer: Think Again

Meet the #UnitedCVE P2P finalist team from the University of Ljubljana and the 1st prize winner: telling how they developed the Fear Index algorithm to help analyze media reports in Slovenia. They also launched the ‘Think Again’ campaign to promote the Fear Index among their peers.

Universities from across OSCE participating States were invited to join the #UnitedCVE ‘Peer-2-Peer (P2P): Challenging extremism’ competition during the Autumn Term of this year, and the three top teams, from Canada, Slovenia and Sweden, were shortlisted to pitch their campaigns live during the 23rd OSCE Ministerial Council in Hamburg, in front of a jury of OSCE senior officials and ambassadors from OSCE participating States.

The competition was organized on 7-8 December under the umbrella of the OSCE United in Countering Violent Extremism (#UnitedCVE) campaign by the OSCE delegations of the United States of America, Austria and France, as well as Facebook and EdVenture Partners.
