Formal Conclusions of the Second Conference to Review the Operation of the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe and the Concluding Act of the Negotiation on Personnel Strength
The States Parties to the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe of 19 November 1990 met in a Review Conference in Vienna, in accordance with Article XXI of the Treaty, from 28 May to 1 June 2001, under the chairmanship of the Republic of Italy.
