Ireland

Ireland is one of the 35 original signatories of the 1975 Helsinki Final Act and was a participant in the 1973 CSCE negotiations. In 2012, Ireland assumed the Chairpersonship of the OSCE. It is represented by a Permanent Delegation to the OSCE and to the Parliamentary Assembly.
