The Forum for Security Co-operation adopted the Document on Stockpiles of Conventional Ammunition, which addresses the security risks of excess stockpiles of ammunition, explosives and detonating devices.
The document also sets up a mechanism for providing external assistance in response to requests from participating States to address security risks. The OSCE can provide assistance in various areas, including funding.
