The Forum for Security Co-operation (FSC) and the Permanent Council adopted a decision on concluding the Negotiations under Article V of Annex 1-B of the General Framework Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The negotiations, which aimed to achieve regional stabilization through arms control, started at the beginning of 1999 under the auspices of the FSC. They were disrupted by the Kosovo crisis but were concluded successfully when Yugoslavia acceded to the OSCE in November 2000.
