The ceremony marks the 13th graduating class of the Kosovo Police Service School. The School, located in Vushtri/Vucitrn, opened its doors in September 1999 and has currently graduated 3,139 new police officers for Kosovo.

The two-day event will feature lectures on human rights, the Ombudsperson Institution, and case studies. The workshops are open to the press, but not to OSCE staff. Similar workshops will take place throughout Kosovo.
