The event is designed to create a platform for an open dialogue among representatives of the judiciary on ensuring justice, integrity and resilience in the current war. During the seminar, participants will explore the nature of justice, ethical dilemmas facing judges, as well as strategies for ensuring judicial independence in accordance with international principles and standards.
Seminar participants will participate in moderated dialogues with elements of the Socratic method - they will read and discuss texts together, exchange thoughts and experiences. The basis for dialogue and exchange of thoughts with the intention of understanding themselves and their professional mission more deeply will be fragments of works by classical and contemporary thinkers.
The seminar audience: judges of the Supreme Court, courts of general jurisdiction, specialized courts, and the High Anti-Corruption Court.
Participation in the seminar is free of charge, on a competitive basis.
