The Guide on Reporting Corruption is designed to support anti-corruption practitioners in their day-to-day work. It provides comprehensive information on different forms of corruption and the liability associated with corruption-related offences, the investigative jurisdiction of law enforcement agencies and the mandate of the NACP, as well as the competencies of other relevant public authorities and institutions. The Guide also covers general requirements for corruption reports and the specific procedures for submitting reports to the NACP, including available reporting channels, submission methods, the review process, and mechanisms for appealing actions or omissions of competent authorities.
During the event, participants will have an opportunity to discuss practical approaches and procedures for handling reports submitted by complainants and whistleblowers.
