From 1 to 2 May 2026, the Supreme Court, together with Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and the National School of Judges of Ukraine, in partnership with the OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine and the Council of Europe, is organizing the XІII International Forum on the Case-Law of the European Court of Human Rights. 

The Forum will be devoted to discussing topics related to human rights during armed conflict, execution of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights and domestic implementation mechanisms, the right to a fair trial (current challenges in the application of Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights), gender equality aspects, modern methods, digitalization, and reform of legal education as related to teaching the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights. 

The event will be attended by judges of the Supreme Court, Constitutional Court of Ukraine, European Court of Human Rights, representatives of the National School of Judges of Ukraine, Commissioner for the European Court of Human Rights, representatives of OSCE ODIHR, educators and representatives of Ukrainian law schools, as well as international experts and representatives of public organizations.
