This seminar brought together senior customs and railway officials from Central Asian countries as well as national and international experts from across the OSCE region.
The main objective was to explore practical means and tools to facilitate cross-border railway operations in Central Asia, and to elaborate recommendations for further improvement. The event also provided guidance for further activities of the OSCE in the field of transport.
