About
The Economic and Environmental Forum is the main annual event central to the OSCE's economic and environmental activities. The event gives political impetus to dialogue in this area and contributes to recommendations and follow-up activities.
The Forum will take place in two segments: the first part from 19 to 20 January 2009 in Vienna and the second part from 18 to 20 May 2009 in Athens.
A first expert level preparatory conference for the Forum took place in Prague, on 16 and 17 October 2008 and a second preparatory conference is planned in March 2009.
