About
The OSCE, as a political organization based on a comprehensive approach to security, cannot ignore these changes but should rather strive towards integrating environmental issues in multi- and bilateral foreign policy discussions and make use of the environmental aspects of international relations to ease conflict, build confidence and secure stability.
With this in mind and drawing on the success of the Programme of Advanced Studies in Environmental Diplomacy organized by the University of Geneva and UNEP, this short environmental diplomacy course is tailored to the requirements of the delegates of the EED Committee.
The course is adapted to the needs of OSCE delegates and focuses on those issues which are most relevant in the context of the OSCE.
