ISTANBUL, 16 November 1999 -- On Wednesday 17 November 1999, OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Foreign Minister of Norway Knut Vollebaek, will hold a media briefing at the OSCE Media Centre in Istanbul. The Chairman-in-Office will discuss the ongoing preparations for the OSCE Summit Meeting in Istanbul, 18-19 November, and other OSCE-related issues.
A news conference is planned for Thursday, following the first day of the summit.
