Colloquium “Effectiveness through Flexible Procedures – International Conciliation in a Wider Context”

The Court of Conciliation and Arbitration within the OSCE held a colloquium on the topic of conciliation in international law on 11-12 October 2018 in Geneva, co-organised by the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies. International experts examined various aspects of conciliation procedures under different treaties and allowed to draw parallels to the Stockholm Convention on Conciliation and Arbitration within the OSCE.
