OSCE Chairperson condemns terrorist attack in Vladikavkaz, expresses condolences

ASTANA, 9 September 2010 - The OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Kazakhstan's Secretary of State and Minister of Foreign Affairs Kanat Saudabayev, condemned today's bomb attack at the central market in the southern Russian city of Vladikavkaz, in which at least 15 people were killed and 80 wounded.
"I am deeply shocked by this terrorist act and sternly condemn the attack on civilians. I extend my deepest condolences to the bereaved families and the people and Government of Russia, and wish a speedy recovery to the wounded. The OSCE and Kazakhstan do not accept terrorism in any form and make every effort to combat this evil," said Saudabayev.
