On International Environment Day, more than 40 OSCE delegates will visit the Austrian city of Güssing, which relies exclusively on renewable energy.
Following an EU project in the 1990's, Güssing became internationally recognized for its "energy-autonomy" and is proof that feasible, cost-effective and environmentally sound technologies can be found to address the modern challenge of reducing the use of carbon.
