OSCE Chairman condemns deadly attack on Turkish soldiers

HELSINKI, 4 October 2008 - The OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Finnish Foreign Minister Alexander Stubb, condemned today an attack in which 15 Turkish soldiers were killed in southeastern Turkey on Friday.
"I join others in condemning this attack in a participating State of the OSCE, and I extend my condolences to Turkey and the families of the victims," Stubb said. "The OSCE unequivocally condemns terrorism wherever it occurs and advocates increased international co-operation to fight it."
