OSCE Chairman expresses condolences following crash of Sibir Airlines flight

BRUSSELS, 10 July 2006 - The OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Belgian Foreign Minister Karel De Gucht, today extended his sincere condolences to the Russian Government and families of the passengers who died in Sunday's plane crash in Irkutsk.
"I was deeply saddened by the news of the Sibir Airlines' plane crash in Irkutsk in which up to 128 passengers lost their lives," he said. "My thoughts are with the families on this day of grief."
